Business Development Intern
We are now looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team, with a primary focus on identifying and engaging corporate clients to expand our B2B partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify potential corporate clients who require travel-related services.
- Build and maintain a database of target companies and key decision-makers.
- Reach out to potential leads via email, LinkedIn, calls, and other professional networks.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitch materials tailored for corporate prospects.
- Support senior business development managers in client meetings and follow-ups.
- Track and report progress on outreach, lead conversion, and pipeline growth.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth onboarding of new corporate accounts.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to identify growth opportunities.
Key Result Areas (KRAs)
- Number of qualified corporate leads generated.
- Successful scheduling of meetings with corporate decision-makers.
- Conversion rate from leads to active clients.
- Quality and completeness of corporate database.
- Contribution to monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
- Good research and lead-generation capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
- Comfortable with cold calling, professional networking, and client engagement.
- Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
