1. Flexible Cancellation Timelines
30+ days before your trip – Get a full refund (minus a small service fee) so you can rebook whenever you’re ready.
15–29 days before your trip – Receive 50% back of your booking amount.
7–14 days before your trip – Get 25% back of your booking amount.
Less than 7 days before departure – We’re unable to offer a refund, as all arrangements will already be confirmed with our partners.
2. Last-Minute Bookings
For trips booked within 7 days of departure, cancellations are non-refundable — but we’ll always try our best to assist with rescheduling whenever possible.
3. If You Can’t Make It (No-Show Policy)
If you miss your tour’s start time or are unable to join for any reason, the booking will be treated as a cancellation and unfortunately can’t be refunded.
4. When We Need to Cancel
We rarely need to cancel, but if a tour must be called off due to weather, safety concerns, or unforeseen events, you’ll have the choice to:
Receive a full refund, or
Reschedule at no extra cost, or
Use your booking amount as travel credit towards another experience.
5. COVID-19 & Travel Restrictions
If your travel is affected by COVID-19 restrictions, border closures, or government advisories:
We offer free date changes or flexible travel credits valid for up to [X months].
Refunds will follow partner and supplier policies, with no extra fees from our side.
6. Groups & Custom Trips
For group tours or tailor-made experiences, cancellation terms may differ due to advance commitments with hotels, guides, and transport. We’ll always share these details upfront during booking.
7. Easy Refunds
Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days.
Credit card payments are returned to the original card.
Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on your bank.
